I still have problems with the datepicker in the new views.

The site I’ve linked to is a minimal WP site running WP5.3.2 and the out-of-box TwentyTwenty theme. Permalinks are set to “Post name”.

Logged in users can see the example page I “need help with”

I’ve created one event in each of February, March and April. The page in my link shows February as a default. When you used the datepicker to select April, all fine … April shows up.

But now try selecting March. Doesn’t work – we’re stuck on April. The “today” link does go back to Feb, and from there the datepicker will get you to March. But then it’s stuck again.

At least the “prev” and “next” chevron links are working. I have had problems with those as well, but they seem to be OK on this page.

As it stands, I’m afraid the new views are unusable for me.

Seconded. In my case the month datepicker doesn’t even work at all – clicking does nothing.

I have the same problem. I have discovered that it is caused by having WordPress installed in a subdirectory of your website. This seems to cause problems with the calendar rewriting rules.

Thanks for confirming (and @tegid too). I’d not connected it with the use of a subdirectory, so that’s useful info. Sadly, the live site where I have this plugin installed has WP in a subdirectory. My test sites are on my own PC on XAMPP, where I also use subdirectories, and the example via my link is (guess what) on a subdirectory.

The legacy views still work OK, so that’s my escape route for now. I’m looking forward to this being fixed, though.

By the way, I notice my typo in the subject line on this post. Should have said V5.0.1.

Still not working at version 5.0.2 ??

Just to say that I’ve now been able to install WordPress on a test site at the root level rather than in a subdirectory. And at the root level, the datepicker does work OK. The URLs it generates are nice and neat, such as:
    Default — https://mysite/events/
    Navigate to March — https://mysite/events/month/2020-03/
    Navigate to April — https://mysite/events/month/2020-04/

When WP is installed in a subdirectory (as all of mine are), then the URL quickly becomes untidy and the datepicker stops working:
    Default — https://mysite/myfolder/events/
    Navigate to March — https://mysite/myfolder/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month&eventDate=2020-03&page&name=myfolder
Navigate to April — no change, same URL, still shows March calendar
