datepicker translation not working

  • Hello, I have a problem and searched everywhere for solution with no luck. I see others have this problem but answer cannot be found anywhere.
    My WordPress is on Croatian. Everything is set to be on Croatian. But Datepicker calendar popup is on english. (https://www.wptest.spektar-putovanja.com.hr/hrvatska-biograd-hotel-ilirija/) There is a contact form 7 at the end with “Datum dolaska” datepicker field.
    I can see in page source that the file: “datepicker-hr.min.js” is being loaded for croatian language but the calendar remains on english.
    Inside WP admin (calendar theme area) it is in Croatian but on the page it is in english.
