Dates and website title showing on some Google snippets even though deactivated

Hi there,
Google is showing a date on some snippets of my WordPress pages even thogh I didn’t activate it in the Yoast settings. For example: https://www.google.de/search?q=site:work-and-travel-australien.org/reisezeit shows 16.06.2015 for that site. It was created in april and last edited in august… I dont’t find the date in the HTML code either.
Then on some other pages Google adds the title of the blog to the end of the snippet title even though its already there:
