dates from search not passed to search results

    Hello,
    When searching for an available date it comes up with the results which is fine, but when you click to select one of the results it doesn’t carry the input dates across as it used to before, I’m not sure what I have done wrong or even how to look, can you help me, please?

    on that page, the search bar has the dates, but scrolling down to the booking form, you can see that the form is empty.
    It used to be auto-populated with the chosen dates, not sure what changed.
    Any help would be much appreciated.
