Dates not Getting into Salesforce

    I am new to “Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on” and to SalesForce. I had this working, but the latest update to the plugin SF broke it. I have a Gravity Form with a Date field that I have mapped to the DOB__c custom field in my SalesForce leads. The date added was working. It was getting into SF. After updating to the latest version of the SF plugin that date no longer gets into SF, but the rest of the Lead info does.
