Date/time conversion to UTC not working properly

Hello,

It looks like there is a problem with the conversion to UTC.

I have an event set for June 24-26:
https://wpmeetup-karlsruhe.de/tribe-events/wordcamp-europe-2016-vienna/

I found out that Google displayed 23-26 in the search results.. the reason is probably this generated source code:

If you look at the startDate, you can see that is not correct…

It would be great if you could have a look at this..
