Datetime & CSS problems

Hi,
I love this plugin but i have 2 problems:The first one is with the time:

When i go in the form, with tomorrow Date, the Time is OK: https://postimg.org/image/5w21q4b23/
But if i select another day, it shifts 2 hours later, as you can see: https://postimg.org/image/598khxnlz/I tought the problem could be in my timezone settings, that is UTF+2, but the strange thing is that it works for tomorrow, but not for other days!!!
The other one is about the CSS: as you can see, my calendar as white background, with white foreground, so you can’t read the month:

I tried to change it on the salon.css file, adding a background-color to the .sln-datetimepicker, but it doesn’t work.Thank you
