Datetime format should optionally rely on wordpress core

    This is a great feature to have an option for, but it causes problems when the site has multiple translations and the time format changes depending on language, eg. finnish: “j.n.Y”, eng/GB: “j F Y”.
    At least Polylang supports the translation of WP-core datetime setting, so if a plugin uses that, it would get translated to the plugin as well.
    Suggestion: Change the “Date format” to have an optional “use wp-core” setting.
