• Hello,
How do I change the alignment of the headlines posts on the featured slider?
The alignment in the post itself is fine but on the homepage featured slider its different.
I want all the headlines to be centered and the writing to be from right to left because the posts are not in english.

    thank you

  • Hi there,

How exactly do you want to change it? In what way is it “different”?

And can you give a link to your site so we can see what you’re speaking of?

If you want writing to be from right to left, you must set your site language accordingly at WP-Admin ->Settings ->General. If you set the site to use an RTL language, the text, and in fact the entire layout of the site should adjust accordingly. This isn’t a modification that you make on the theme customization level.

    Thanks for the help.
    This is my website:
    https://revimbiravcha.com/

The writing on the Featured post is the wrong way (left to right) even though
I set the language to Hebrew.
The writing everywhere else is fine, you can see the same post below and the writing is fine (right to left).
I dont know way the writing changes directions when I put it in the featured menu.

Thanks, just to confirm, are you talking about this text?

    ?????? ??? ?????? ?????
    ???? ?????? ????? ?????? ?? ???? ????

I don’t read Hebrew, but Google Translate is telling me the letters are in the correct order. They’re centered as well. Did you already resolve this, and if so can you let us know what you had to do differently so we can pass the info along to our developers?

I didn’t solve the problem, I just changed the post so you can’t see that something is worng.
I centered the text and removed the exclamation mark so it won’t show on the wrong side.
It solves the problem in this text but not in the next post I’ll put in featured.

I have another questions for you, do you know if there is a way to change the positions of the logo and main menu so that the logo will be on the left side of the screen and the menu on the right?

Does it only happen if you add an exclamation point? And where are you centering the text?

This can probably be done with CSS. Do you mind opening a new thread on that though since it’s not related to this post?

It happens anyway, it’s just more obvious with the exclamation point.
I put the text in the post description and that is automaticaly centered.
I’m openning another thread for my other question.
    Thank you
