Hi and thank you for this wonderful plugin!

    I’m using the 5.5.2 version.

My WordPress is set +2 hours UTC. I have several recurring events that repeat every week, one day per week, starting from September and going until December 2013.

All of them jump one day backward (what was on Sunday goes back on Saturday and so on) after the daylight saving time change (on 27 of October). Not recurring events don’t show up any problem.

You can see the problem on the calendar on the left: click here

just to confirm, is this only happens in recurring events and works fine in normal events?

Exactly. Not recurring events set on (for example) the 31st of October stay on that date.

not sure if this will help but have you check your settings under WP Settings > General > Timezone eg. use manual offsets instead of city specific

yes, I think angelo may have a point, if you use UTC +X that doesn’t respect DST times so calculations may go awry there.

Mind you, that’s not to say it’s definitely not EM… are these all-day events?

Dear angelo_nwl and Marcus, thank you.

I set the offset to “UTC +0” and after updating the recurring events everything is fine now.

They were not all-day events, but they had “no duration” (starting and finishing the same hour – I use hour for sorting events in lists).

Yet, I suggest you to investigate into this (why it’s not working with cities?).

Thank you and keep on improving this wonderful plugin!
