Daylight savings time not working.

    I have been corresponding with the widget’s creator.
    Here are his comments:

    The problem is because the widget was designed to run on 2012 daylight savings configuration. It has not been updated to the 2013 data. If you are capable to change the configuration itself, you may proceed and fix the problem, open the *.xml file using notepad.
    Alternatively, I can probably help you during this weekend only.

    So if others have the same issue, just hang in there as I will, I have no desire to mess with code.

    the problem has not yet been resolved. I am not one who likes to fool around with the code, so I have left it alone for now.

    Its a very nice little widget. I wish the author would fix this issue.
