Days before promotion not working

  • Hi,

    I’ve installed your plugin and set to calculate the lowest price counting on the day before the product went on promotion but it’s not working properly.
    I saw other topics where you answered that if the regular price has been set before installing the plugin, it doesn’t work properly.

    I’ve tried to save again the product with the older price and then add the promotional price starting from today, but I still see in the product that the lowest price is the price on sale.
    If I check on the history logs I see this error:
    “2023-08-09T14:51:13+00:00 ERROR Product #122690 is on sale but has no sale start date. Please edit this product and set starting date for sale: https://www.motoutlet.it/wp-admin/post.php?post=122690&action=edit&lang=it”
    but I set the sale start date in all product variations.
    The plugin doesn’t work correctly in variable products?

    sorry for long time with no answer.

    This plugin should be working correctly with variable products.

    Could you:

    • share screenshot from the plugin configuration panel
    • share the steps I need to take to replicate your problem: what kind of product I need to have create, what prices set for it and which order
