Days of the week not displaying at the top

Great plugin!
Everything seems to be working fine except that the days of the week are not displaying at the top for me. If I highlight with the mouse I can see them, but otherwise it is just blank cells.
Also, is there a way to make it so that even the days of the week that do not have events are displayed as well? I know it is good to have the days with events stand out, but I’d like to still see all of the days displayed and not just the event days.
