DB backup stopped working

    Hi @mavrouka,
    Can you please check the plugin log file and let us know if there are any logs produced related to DB backup.
    The log file is located here:
    wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/logs/wp-security-log.txt

    Just checked the log file, and there are no logs for DB backup.

    Can you also please check your server logs?
    You can try checking in the Filesystem Security->Host System Logs menu.

    If there is nothing there, also ask you host provider if they can help you find them.

    Hi

    I contacted my host provider and quoted what you had suggested and this is their reply:

    “I’m not sure what server logs they would be referring to – the server doesn’t know anything about your site’s software. Is there a way you can run it manually from the wordpress dashboard and see if it shows any errors?”

    I’m not sure where to go from here, so would be grateful for any suggestions.
