DB backups with wp-cron not working

  • Hey, I’ve got the WordPress Database Backup running with WP-Cron from skippy, and I’m trying to get it to send to my email, but it’s not working. I can do a backup without the scheduler, and it works fine, but it just won’t do the scheduled jobs. I don’t know if it matters, buty my host, globat.com, doesn’t allow us to run cron jobs, that’s why I was hoping wp-cron would suffice.

    Any ideas?

  • 1.08 never worked for me. I have the new DB backup from the guy who took over for Skippy, and it works with WP-Cron on WP 2.1. Skippy has the link on his site.

    Thanks. I’m still on WP 2.0, but I’ll look into that.
