Getting the following error at the top of the screen:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/sitename/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instagram-for-wordpress/wpinstagram.php on line 32 and defined in /home/sitename/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1210

When looking at the widget I get this error:

Please wait while we create a database entry for this widget, your page may refresh during this process.

    Hello,

Apologies, we’ve pushed an update (2.0.5) to remove that warning for you.

Your page should automatically refresh while the plugin makes a database entry for your widget, but I guess its not doing this.

Could you let me know if you see any javascript errors in your developer console in Firefox please?

    Many thanks,

    Philip.

I upgraded and it did not work.

    I also uninstalled and re-installed.

Where would I see errors? Which part of the developer console?

Within the javascript console, you may also see some errors within your httpd error logs (normally in /var/log or /var/log/httpd).

As soon as I get the logs I can get a fix pushed out ASAP for you.

    Hello,

I’ve just pushed a new version that checks to see if your wordpress mysql database user has the correct permissions for creating the tables the widget needs to function correctly.

Could you please install the update as it will detect the problem and then give you instructions on how to setup the tables manually (if possible).

    Many thanks,

    Philip.
