db error cannot optimize database

    error db wp_links.TMM’ getting this error, in wp term taxonomy and wp links, I get this error when trying to optimize data base using phpmyadmin latest MySQL/mariadb anyone have any clues it repairs ok but when I go to optimize after repairing it says it cant. this isn’t a problem with your plugin, though that is how I found this error this is a db issue please point me in the right direction or forward to proper place.

    Hey,

    Maybe this is a useful link for you:

    It looks like it has something to do with the write permission for the temporary files (*.TMM). Or maybe these files are read-only or locked.
    I suggest: find those .TMM files (wp_links.TMM and the taxonomy temp file) and manually delete or rename them and then try again.

    thank you will try and respond back here. I forgot to mention this started when I moved from plain mysql to mysql/mariadb however I have had database issues for some time…
