DB Errors after updating to 1.0.2

Cool that this has been plugin’d now.

I’ve just upgraded to EMEFES 1.0.2 (WP4.0) and while PIV testing the upgrade I’m getting database entries when I submit the form. These errors appear at the top of the screen.
