• I have a WP installed on a server where it will be supporting a blog in portuguese.

Every time I create a post using the WP-Admin, if there is any accents, i.e: é, ?, ?, ? and etc., the post will delete anything after the letter with the accent.

BUT, if I go ahead and input the same text, directly inside the database. Everything displays fine.

there are no filters and I have tried with default theme and a secondary theme.

Any thoughts? Any changes that I should bring up to my host?

    Thanks a lot.

    here’s quick example:
https://www.ohlokomeu.com/wordpress (1st post using WP-Admin and 2nd from inside the DB).

    Hi there!

I did install the WP in the brazilian PT version, edit the config.php to add the define ('WPLANG', 'pt_BR');, also put the .mo and .po files on the server as instructed on the guide…

Nothing has changed thus far, I’m still getting the same results.

    =/

    This is so frustrating =(
