DCL wont load in some posts

    Hi guys, sometimes DCL wont show up and instead it will show the normal wordpress comments, The only way that I found that fixes it temporarily, is by flushing the cache. I am using w3tc. but if I need to flush my cache at a later time it will get messed up again. I am assuming it has something to do with the compatibility between this plugin and w3tc, Is there a way to fix this?

    Yes, so it doesn’t happen all the time, only happens 1 time every 30 empty caches you do. at least for me and my theme and plugin set up. Other than that I love this plugin. Very useful and speeds the website by a lot.

    I have discovered the same issue on my sites. Some posts are displaying the WordPress comments instead of Disqus. I’m using WP Fastest Cache Plugin.

    Hi guys,

    Could you please try un-checking external javascript option in Disqus settings? See this screenshot.

    I am not sure about this but it was working for another guy. Anyway this issue was reported before. I am working on it.

    Also, what I noticed is that the Tapatalk plugin got an update fixing some problems with Disqus. See changelog here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tapatalk/

    Maybe this is related to the issue? Because I also use the Tapatalk plugin. What about you Erick?

    Edit: @joel – This option is already unchecked on my sites.

    I am not using Tapatalk, never heard of it actually. Also I did what you asked Joel and I will let you know if it works for me.

    Also please try using official Disqus plugin for 1 day and check if it only happening with DCL

    youll see the other pages are working fine except this one. if I refresh cache then it might change to another page or none at all.

    Ya unfortunately I have had to go back to original DCL plugin because of caching issue.

    I will need some time to test this. Ill write back in a few days.

    I have the newest version of this plugin, but the problem is still there. Some random posts display WordPress comments instead of Disqus.

    This happened months ago with W3TC and also happening now with Zen Cache.

    Should I remove the plugin or does a solution exist?

    I can confirm. I still have the same problem. Hasn’t gone away. and when I have disqus plugin this never happens.

    Ya I thought it was resolved but I spoke too soon. I am also having same issue as before.
