Deactivate Buttons Missing from Kadence Settings Page

    The Kadence Blocks settings page used to let us deactivate/reactivate the different types of blocks. Blocks I had previously deactivated have Activate buttons, but the active ones have no Deactivate button.

    When I activate an inactive type of block, it becomes active as it should, but there is no Deactivate button to go with it. The Activate button simply disappears.

    I searched around to see if this functionality was removed or moved to Pro but could not find anything definitive, so I’m wondering if it’s a bug.
