Deactivate hover effect on disabled link

Hi everyone !

I’m asking for a little help with my website.
Is it possible, with Mega Menu, to remove the hover effect (colored background) but only on deactivated links ?

To explain my problem :
I’m using deactivated links to categorize my sub-menus, and I don’t want the hover effect to be applied to those, as there aren’t linking to any page (but I want to keep it for the regular links).

Is there an easy solution ?
