Deactivate nav menu translations

Hello

How can I deactivate or remove the translated nav menu locations.

For example when I register with register_nav_menus($args):

$args = array( 'primary' => 'Primary' );

The plugin will convert my menus to the following (but only at the list shown at nav ./wp-admin/nav-menus.php):

• Primary Default Language: primary
• Primary Other language: primary___langcode

I don’t want this, how do I remove this?
