    If I deactivate a plan, what happens to existing members who hold that plan?
    Will they be able to continue on that plan? Will their memberships be cancelled?

    I tried to search the documentation, but couldn’t find anything on this behavior.

    Hi @mrcase,

    Putting a subscription plan to the “Inactive” status will remove that subscription plan from the PMS forms (like the Registration form, Change form, etc), and when the subscription expires for a user that is subscribed to a normal plan (that plan is?not?automatically recurring), he will not be able to manually renew it.

    The only situation in which this doesn’t affect the members is for the members who purchased an?automatically recurring?subscription plan (they have the status for “Auto-Renewing” in PMS -> Members -> mouseover the Membership set to “Yes”). In this case, even if you set the status to “Inactive” for that plan, that member will still be billed automatically for that subscription plan.
