Deactivate plugins for spesific site

Not if it’s network activated, no.

You’ll have to per-site activate it.

How do I pre-site activate it for one site?

You could try using a plugin managment plugin for that, but generally you don’t.

I tried to find one… but it did not meet my need for that… What I was looking for was a plugin that listed my plugin on my network admin – and that I could say: Not for xxx – site… But I cannot seem to find any for that!
