Deactivated, Fatal Error, After Updating

Hi,

When trying to update I received a fatal error alert and quickly uploaded my backup website. Once I was back up I deactivated the SVG Plugin and hit update to see what would happen. It happened again and will not let the SVG plugin go activate along with this message. I see someone else also reported this about 12 hours ago from my posting. Any help would be great.
