    I’ve had Jetpack installed on my WP site for a year, but each time I’ve tried connecting my site via the app on my iPhone it causes my IP address to be locked out and I have had to switch to another wifi connection to log back in to disable it.

    Last time I even noted the current IP address in the Jetpack settings as never to be blocked, which did not work and I was locked out again due to my IP address seeing it as spamming.

    But I like the potential to upload images to the media library via phone, which is where my photos are. Before I have a final attempt, is there some preemptive setting I need to fix so that my IP address will not be considered spamming my site?

    Hey there – It appears it was getting caused by a conflict between your server configuration and our Brute Force Protect service. I have made some changes on our end, so after one or two hrs please check if the same issue still exist. Let us know if you still run into any problems. ??

    Edit: Please also make sure your correct IP is under the allowlist of Jetpack settings.
