Deactivated, still blocking

    The plugin was set to ‘disable’ for a week. It was then enabled and the setting saved. The Under Construction screen still appeared when trying to access site.
    Numerous attempts at changing setting from enable to disabled. No change.
    Plugin then set to disabled and then deactivated.
    The plugin is currently deactivated, but the Under Construction screen still appears.
    Can access the site from my dashboard but from nowhere else.

    Hi, sorry to hear you’re having problems.
    Tried the site, loads without UCP. Can you see the same thing on your end?

    Thanks for the reply. It seems that the caching plugin that I was using was causing the problem. I deleted it and installed W3 Total Cache and I am back up and running.

    Can you please tell us which caching plugin was that? We’d like to have a look and see if we can make the two plugins compatible. Thank you.
