    Hi there,

Can you share more details about it?

Please copy the fatal error message and paste it here, it should help us to understand more about your issue.

    Hi @baehawk10,

Thanks not good. Perhaps the plugin was not properly deactivated. Could you try and uninstalling the Plugin via FTP? See the article here: https://kinsta.com/blog/uninstall-wordpress-plugin/

Moreover, if the files are removed, and you still have this issue, perhaps there is another plugin that’s causing the issue here. But it is worth testing out and see if that solves the issue.

Let me know how it goes, we’d be glad to help you out further.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hi @baehawk10,

Since we haven’t heard from you in a while on this topic we will assume that the problem was fixed or is no longer applicable and with that I will mark this as resolved.

If that is not the case, please let me know and I will gladly remove the “Resolved” tag and try to help you further. Or you can create a new topic with the problem if you prefer.

    Best Regards,
    Abz
