Hi! Some users were deactivated by this plugin and I can’t tell them why. What is the criteria?

More concerning, in my staging blog it deactivated my admin user. I got intrigued (and worried), since it’s impossible to deactivate an admin/first user from inside dashboard.

@rghedin there was a bug in previous releases that allowed you to deactivate your own user. I know that was crazy, was unintentional. It’s already fixed. Is this happened to you using the latest version?

Only user ID: 1 is read-only. I’m interested in knowing your specific case. Perhaps we have another bug I haven’t found it yet.

Users are not deactivated by default yet and there’s no action to deactivate users but the ones you already know. I’ll take a deep look again, anyway.

Please upgrade the plugin in case you haven’t already and let me know how it goes.

Ouch, my bad: I was using version 1.1 in my staging install. So I guess you already got the bug that allowed first user/admin to bem deactivated. Good!

Regarding other users being deactivated at random, I notice two cases in my production install. I’m checking regularly if there are new cases; if a new one appear, I’ll let you know.

PS: I just translated User Toolkit to pt_BR. Is there anything else needed to include pt_BR as a supported language in User Toolkit next release?

    Oh, that’s why.

In release 1.1.2 I fixed an issue that allows disabling the first user created and fixed an issue that disabled the user when editing their own profile.

You should be fine now. If you don’t mind I’ll mark this ticket as resolved. Feel free to create new tickets if you find another issue or have issues with this one again.

Regarding the translation file. I see you submitted the translation file. It should be approved soon. If not, I can include the file in the languages folder in the plugin. Let’s wait and see.

    Thanks!
