Deactivation breaks the site

    Hi, while trying to debug my site i noticed that deactivation of your plugin completely breaks it. No elements are displayed. It has the same effect as deactivation of ACF. How is this possible and how can it be fixed?

    Hello uhorcik,

    That’s very strange. Are you using any other of our plugins? Perhaps the Restaurant Reservations plugin? If so, were you making use of the multiple locations option (Business Profile > Settings > Multiple Locations)?

    Could you please enable WordPress’s?debug?mode and log (https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) and then make the error happen again? Does it give a more descriptive error this time (hopefully with reference to a specific file and line number)? Could you also check the log to see if there are any entries related to/at the time the error occurred, and forward that section to us?

    Hi Jay, thanks for your answer. You were right debug.log gave me the answer it was a Call to undefined function bpfwp_setting() in the header file. I had to comment out any reference to this function which i use to display phone number via your plugin.
