As we all know, you have decided to kill the most important functionality of the plugin.

I’m wondering why you intentionally don’t allow omitting the opt-in field for manually entered orders in WooCommerce (e.g. when a customer places an order over the phone or when he asks for a proforma).

In the case of orders placed by customers themselves, you hide behind the argument that this is due to the law, and a customer placing an order in the EU must have voluntary consent.
So why are you overzealous and demanding the same from manually entered orders into woocommerce? Woocommerce is only for sending e-mails, specifications, etc. – the customer is not obliged to accept the regulations, because it is not a purchase through the store.

Will I get an explanation or will you just ignore the angry customer again for the problems you created (stopped responding to my ticket)?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

The plugin doesn’t ‘demand’ anything if you send review invitations yourself (“No verification” option on the “Review Reminder” tab of the plugin’s settings). If you would like CusRev to send review invitations on your behalf, we require you to obtain an explicit consent of a person who is going to receive the invitation. It doesn’t matter how an order was placed.

no verification option does not work well for me, and your support ignore my ticked where i described problem with no email notification after received review.

How do I get review consent when manually entering orders into woocommerce?
