Dead Space at top of Site Problem Solved

What I have trying to accomplish for days was to have a wp with:
Full width
Right & left columns
NO Page INDEX AT THE TOP – hogging space and creating a lot of dead space
Page index in one of the columns
You’d think simple?? Not so – BUT
Found theme understrap-master .Talk about customizable with just clicks, the works
