Dead Web Site afte 6.4 Upadte

    I have just installed 6.4 onto a working web site and now I simply get the Criticsl Error message.
    I have tried it on an alternate basic Theme and it started ok. I have also disabled all the PlugIns but that made no difference.
    The Error Messages in the log indicate a memory size error.
    Not sure what to try next
    I am running Word Press 6.4 and PHP 8.1
