Under /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=location is located dropdown list to filter locations by category field. Itsn’t ! ??

URL /wp-admin/edit.php?s&post_status=all&post_type=location&action=-1&m=0&event-categories=145&paged=1&mode=list&action2=-1 is still showing everyting instead of only “145” category

  • wp-admin/edit.php?s&post_status=all&post_type=location&action=-1&m=0&event-categories=145&paged=1&mode=list&action2=-1

Is the above the *actual* URL you see? If so, it’s malformed and would explain the behaviour. There’s a random ‘S’ in there, near the beginning that shouldn’t be…

    Thanks

Yeah! That’s the one that i get form the plugin.

I saw the strange “s” at the beginning but even if I change it “by hand”
    to:
    /wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=all&post_type=location&action=-1&m=0&event-categories=145&paged=1&mode=list&action2=-1 i won’t work.

Which page is generating the URL with the extra s character?

    That one: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=location
and then dropdown (with categories) and click filtering.

Do you have some custom code or a plugin running to create a categories dropdown on that page? On a standard Events Manager installation the Locations page doesn’t have a categories dropdown.

unfortunately, we can’t help you step by step with regards to custom php coding and you might need an additional developer assistance to do this.
