Dealing With Ongoing Spam

Not to sure whether I should have been in the Troubleshooting forum or hear, but as it is about Akismet Spam Plugin I decided to go for here.

OK I have the Akismet Spam plugin installed and very good it is to.

Akisnet is catching the spam ok but I seem to be getting the same spam senders over and over again: online casinos, meds, and what looks like an automated blog, ie really nothing on it accept links.

So question once I get a spam message say from xyz.com and I mark it as spam is there anyway I can block that particular sender from bothering me again?
