Dealng with multiple taxonomies

I have dishes for a restaurant I’d like to categorise and tag. Categorised by menu (ie Bar menu) and tagged by course (ie side order). I’ve setup the custom post type ‘dish’ and two taxonomies, ‘menu’ and ‘course’.

Here is the code I have so far, it’s only filtering by couse at the moment, I’d like to filter by menu also. So I’m displaying all dishes from a given menu, categorised by their course.

Can anybody shed some light how I can filter by menu also? Any help would be really appreciate.
