“Dear username” is in plain text and outside HTML content

  • Hello,

    For some reason when I send a test email, the email header “Dear username” and “Respectfully, sitename” are in plain text while core email content is in full HTML.

    “Dear username” is outside the HTML (logo comes after).

    How can I fix this issue ?

  • Where that dear username and “Respectfully, sitename” came from ? That’s not on the default test template
