[NSFW] death of my man & I ignored account 4 1yr

I am currently still unable to access my account due to the fact that for whatever reason my ex Chris was the only one with access Paypal account. Seeing how he has passed away I can now no longer bring that conversation up with him on the fact that how can you be sending me money through my account but I can’t access it because I didn’t have the phone number anymore but he could access it. So I spent 3 hours on the phone with PayPal for them to “remove” and transfer 0.83 .
I still cannot put money on take money out or find out why the only reason I can think is because it’s linked to this I don’t have a lot of time to focus on this page or WordPress I know you guys probably hate me because I never respond to anything but my head has been kind of messed up around the fact that I just lost Chris and Chris was doing all kinds of crazy stuff behind my back with sights and sex sites and dating accounts I don’t know what’s going on but I would like to know why I have a highly restricted account both of my developer ones
