Deban user

    Hi,
    A user is blocked because he tried to sign in with wrong logins.
    How do I remove the banned status from his account ?

    The WP-Members core plugin available on www.ads-software.com doesn’t have such a feature. The WP-Members Security extensions does, but that’s a premium extension and is only supported through the rocketgeek.com support site. If that’s what you’re using, please go through extension support here: https://rocketgeek.com/contact/extension-support/ Otherwise, if it’s from some other plugin, you’ll need to seek out assistance from that plugin’s developer.
