Debit/credit cards not offered

    If I add an item to my cart, it shows correctly. But when I click the Paypal button to checkout, there is an option to sign-in to Paypal, but no option to “Pay by Debit or Credit Card”. I’m sure it used to be there, is there a setting I must enable?

    I’m pretty sure I have a business account. When I tested the cart last week, the option to use debit card did appear.

    Hi, did anything change since last week? You might want to try a plugin/theme conflict test. Also make sure you exclude your shopping cart page from getting cached if you run a cache plugin in your site.

    I may have solved this by using the primary Paypal email address, rather than a secondary email address. No idea why this should affect Paypal.
