The log file shows this error: 2017-10-30 20:32:12 – DEBUG: current time 2032 is not in allowed time range for (mon – 800), no post check will occur.

The times at the top that are set by the app seem to be screwing it up:
    Current server time:2017-10-30 20:38:52 America/Regina
    Next auto post check:2017-11-02 20:32:07 America/Regina

Please advise. I would love this plugin to work.

mon-800 is not a valid time range.

    >Separate allowed hours with dashes and commas. Example: 0400-1230, 1500-2100

Thank you, but why is it showing
    Next auto post check:2017-11-02 20:32:07 America/Regina
when I have set posting times to 0800-1600?

The Next auto post check is when the wp-cron wakes APS up to check to see if anything needs to be posted. It uses the time format you have specified in WordPress -> Settings -> General. Only when APS wakes up can it check for any posting times.
