Have you enabled debug logging on the Debug Log Manager page? If you have, some times fatal errors are not getting recorded because the error itself may be preventing Debug Log Manager from properly functioning.

    Some things to try:

    • Make sure you have SMTP email delivery set for your site. Sometimes WordPress core will send you details of the fatal error via email
    • You can double down on that with using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/fatal-error-notify/
    • If your server/hosting has an interface to read error logs, you can try looking there
    • Go directly to the debug.log file located in /wp-content/uploads/debug-log-manager/

    Good luck.
