  • Hello SooBahkDo,
    No, you shouldn’t worry about these warnings, the only include statement used in this file is to include the 404 error page template from your theme, maybe your current theme doesn’t have this file, or the file exists but not accessible via your web server due to a permission issue for example.

    Applying a fallback function to call index.php file in case 404.php is missing should be considered also.
