DEBUG ERRORS and Server 500 Crashes

Can you take a look in your server error logs and let me know what error message for the 500 error is please?

Hi John,

The instances seem to have subsided and we have fixed numerous other plugin bugs so one of them may have been a contributing factor.

I will report back with the requested info if and when the issue arises again.

Hi John,

No server crashes, but this DEBUG error appeared again for some reason on the main site dashboard of a wp4.4.1 multisite network and Query monitor is unresponsive.

No other information is present in any error logs or server logs
