    Debug Events are Not Installed Correctly

    For some reason the database table was not installed correctly. Please contact plugin support team to diagnose and fix the issue.

    Please can you advise?

    Hi there @aetekno,

    There are a couple of ways to address this. The first is to check your Site Heath page in WordPress by going to Tools > Site Health. There should be an option to repair the database tables.

    Otherwise, you’ll need to reinstall the plugin. To do this, first go to WP Mail SMTP > Settings > Misc. From there, make sure the Uninstall WP Mail SMTP option is checked. This will remove all WP Mail SMTP data when you deactivate the plugin, giving you a clean slate to start the installation over.

    You can then set up the plugin again. If the problem occurs again, there may be a conflict on the site that is preventing the database tables from being written.
