Hello, the plugin gestpay paypal checkout was creating an issue with my website making the page cut in half for the viewer. So de-activated it but now when I try to buy something it says there’s a bug. How can I fix it??
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there!

If you are looking for support for a specific plugin, it’s typically best to contact the developer of that plugin. We can point you in the right direction a bit, though – can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Thanks!

    Hi @vpervanessa,

If a third party plugin called Gestpay for WooCommerce you have activated is causing issues with your site was causing issues we’d suggested leaving that deactivated.

The gestpay plugin which I found when searching has an official support forum below and you could request assistance for that plugin there.

When you try to buy something on your site you mention that you’re facing an issue, what exactly would that issue be? Also, make sure you have at least one alternative payment gateway enabled on your site otherwise customers would not be able to pay for their orders.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.
