Debug Klarna Payment?

These pending payment Klarna orders means that the order was not authorized by Klarna and should not be shipped out as payment was not completed. Therefore cancelling the order does not succeed as the order was not created in Klarna.

okay. but this causes a lot of “fake” orders in woocommerce. i don’t have inventory managing. is there any way to delete/cancel these orders?

and how do i see which klarna payment type the customer has chosen? there is always “klarna” as payment_method for all klarna options

The only way right now is to manually delete those pending orders or put them to a cancelled/failed in the status. @nicmare

Regarding your 2nd question, you can currently see an order’s initial payment method in the Klarna Merchant Portal. There is an enhancement ticket to also display initial payment method in the Woo admin for the order, see: https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-order-management-for-woocommerce/issues/28
