Debug Mode – error in .ht access write

Hi,

Let me list the errors i am facing
1) my google Captcha is not visible when i activate W# cache
2) if i enable the debug mode, its crashing site design as follows

3) After disable the debug mode the site works as normal
4) Kindly find the below compatibility check report.

As per comatability check .ht access is “OK”
but find a error in debug mode.

Kindly advise me the correct procedures to move forward.
