debug results in 500 Internal Server error

Please see if you can get the error logs from your host. Without details it is had to know what to suggest.

I changed the email password to app-specific in case that helped. It did, so debug produced this log below. Now I have two draft posts, tmptitle and tmpPost.

I have the same error after Postie has worked for month.

My WordPress server provider is Strato.de

@judic I see the following in the logs you posted:

fetch_mail: POP3 – Could not connect to POP3 server poppro.zoho.com on port 995. Array
(
[0] => -ERR Authentication failed
)

So it looks like it isn’t able to log in with the app password.

I get this error even when I try to push the Debug button.

Hello Wayne,

I have installed the support addon but when I come to the point where i need to click on the “debug” button the internal server error comes up. The is no log zip file in my media libary.

Any ideas?
